来る11月10日（月）～12日（水）の3日間、東京都立大学にてLund大学のValera Veryazov先生とGdansk大学のMarek Krosnicki先生をお招きして、主に大学院生やポスドク向けに固体系の高精度電子状態計算を題材としたワークショップを開催いたします。
参加無料ですので、特に電子状態計算に興味のある大学院生やポスドクの方は奮ってご参加頂けますと幸いです。

ワークショップ名：
Multiconfigurational methods for electronic structure of impurities in 
solids (MESS-2025)

【日時】
2025年11月10日（月）～ 12日（水）

【場所】
東京都立大学（南大沢キャンパス）12号館206教室

【主旨】
This two-days (lunch to lunch) workshop provides an overview of modern methods for accurate theoretical description of the electronic structure of impurities in solids. The focus will be on multiconfigurational methods and embedding cluster techniques. In particular, calculations of local excited states associated with lanthanide dopant of the crystal matrix. In addition to lectures, participants will take part in intensive hands-on sessions.
