Meeting At present, we cannot make any reasonable predictions for the situation caused by COVID-19, and the possibility of the cancellation of the annual meeting is not negligible. Thus, we have made some changes as follows. Change #1: The periods for application and online registration have been changed as follows. [Before the change] Application for presentation: Monday, April 6, 2020 - Monday, May 25, 2020 Online registration: Monday, April 6 - Tuesday, August 11, 2020, 5 p.m. [After the change] Application for presentation: Thursday, April 30, 2020 - Monday, May 25, 2020 Online registration: Thursday, April 30, 2020 - Tuesday, August 11, 2020, 5 p.m. (the period for the postal transfer is from Monday, July 6 to Tuesday, August 11) Please note that there is no change in the closing date both for the application and the online registration. Change #2: The payment method for advance registration is only postal transfer. Please note the following. The period for postal transfers is July 6 - August 11. Therefore, those who have completed the online registration before July 6 should wait until July 6 to make a postal transfer. We will be contacting you on July 6 about postal bank account details. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shortened periods. This change is to avoid any inconvenience in the refund process if the meeting is canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
